1 cup Rice washed and soaked for half an hour
1 cup Water
1 medium sized chopped onion
1 medium sized chopped tomato
1 medium sized potato boiled
1 Stick of cinnamon
1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1.5 teaspoons Corriander cumin powder
1.5 teaspoons Garam masala
1.5 teaspoons Red Chili powder
2 cloves
salt to taste
Some parsley or coriander leaves
