Ingredients in this Recipe

1 cup all purpose flour
1 pound dungeness crab meat (you can use other types of crab but dungeness is the best)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley (flat leaf)
2 cups panko, or plain dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
oil for frying crab cakes
