  • 1 cup walnuts, placed in ziploc bag and run over with a rolling pin a few times but not pulverized
  • 1 pie crust for double crust pie, homemade only
  • 2 1/2 pounds Concord grapes or other slipskin grape
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • grated zest and juice of one orange
